With fingers crossed(for luck),here's hoping this old computer will allow me to blog once again. Of course the slower-than-slow dial up service may continue to be an issue but never being one to totally give up I'm giving this blog one more try!
Older folks are saying this summer season has been akin to a real "old fashioned summer", the heat has been tremendous and of course the lack of rainfall in most of the US as well as here in the northeast as well has caused troubles of it's own. We're sure to see higher prices at the market as a reflection of this summers heat, humidity and lack of rain. Honestly, we are so very thankful to have air conditioning in our home and wonder how people survived without it in days long ago?
I've been crafting a bit here and there over the summer with a little needle punch work, some quilting and a bit of regular sewing. I'll be sharing PICS, stories and more as time goes on as much as possible.
Hope ya'll have been enjoying the summer season and making new memories with those closest to our hearts. I know I have had a few memorable moments, some of which I'll laugh about much later as time dulls the aches and pains!
